Our sign-in has changed.

Notice: On November 5, 2023, the Government of Ontario changed the way users access secure government services. ONe-key no longer exists and has been replaced by My Ontario Account - a Government of Ontario login service that lets you sign in quickly and securely to all Government of Ontario services using one common set of login credentials. To access any of the Justice Services Online (JSO) portals, you must use a My Ontario Account.

NOTE: You must create a My Ontario Account before using JSO. Read the guide on how to create your My Ontario Account for more information.

If you are accessing JSO for the first time: click the button below and create a My Ontario Account or proceed to sign in if you already have a My Ontario Account for another Government of Ontario service.

If you have a ONe-key account:

  • You must first create a new My Ontario Account by clicking the 'Create Account' link. You will need to provide a valid email address, create a password, agree to the Terms of Service, and click on the 'Create account' button. You will receive a verification email to the email address you used.
  • From your verification email, click on the 'Start Activation' button. This will open another window to complete your activation.
  • The first time you sign in using your new My Ontario Account, you will have a one-time chance to migrate your JSO transaction history. If you do not choose to migrate your account at this time, you will lose your previous JSO transaction history. Please note:
    • In order to migrate your JSO transaction history, you must know your previous ONe-key credentials. If you need to recover your ONe-key ID or password, click here.
    • My Ontario Account is based on an email login instead of a username login. If you had multiple ONe-key accounts, you must choose which account to migrate. Only one account can be migrated. Please have your ONe-key credentials ready to perform the migration.
